Mary Anne Varkey
Having played basketball through her early years, she developed a deep appreciation for the athlete’s journey and the mental challenges that come with performance, pressure, and growth. That interest gradually evolved into a passion for sports psychology, leading her toward a career dedicated to understanding and enhancing the mental side of performance.
Driven by curiosity and a genuine love for learning, she constantly explores different psychological frameworks and approaches to better understand what helps athletes perform, adapt, and thrive. Her work is rooted in empathy, reflection, and the belief that mental strength can be developed with the right support and environment.
Outside of psychology and sport, she enjoys creative pursuits, spending time in nature, and meaningful travel experiences that allow her to connect with the true essence of a place beyond the surface.
